Compliance with Development Application and Local Council conditions;

Building Permit or Construction Certificate electrical services documentation (Detection & Emergency and Exit lighting design);

Construction Stage services including progress inspections and RFI resolution;

Reverse electrical services briefs;

Lighting Installation verification in accordance with AS/NZS 1158 and AS/NZS 4282;

Existing services assessments and dilapidation reports;

Coordination with mechanical, hydraulic and fire services;

Electrical, Detection and BOWS, lighting, communications and security design tender and construction documentation and specification.
